**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA/BBA) or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or digital solutions sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
