**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate technical drawings and layouts
- Ensure correct measurements and scaling in all drafts
- Collaborate with design and visualization teams
- Support project requirements with precise drafting inputs

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of building structures
- Knowledge of measurements & scaling

**Software Skills (required)**:

- AutoCAD
- Illustrator or CorelDRAW
- SketchUp

**Bonus Skills (Optional)**:

- 3ds Max
- Blender
