**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Reach out to potential clients via telephone to introduce and promote our services.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding their needs.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- **Incentives**: Opportunities to earn additional income through performance-based incentives.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
- **Target-Oriented**: Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
- **Attitude**: Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong drive to succeed.
