**Position: UX/UI Designer**

**Role Overview**:
As a UX/UI Designer at Application Nexus Webservices Pvt. Ltd., you will play a vital role in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences across our platforms. You will work closely with senior designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, define user journeys, and create visually stunning interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups under the guidance of senior designers to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
- Support in ensuring consistency in design language, branding, and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and idea generation for innovative design solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
- Fresh or at least 1 year of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with internships or projects showcasing design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly.
- Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects or concepts demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
