Job Description:
Are you a creative wordsmith with a passion for storytelling and a flair for writing? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to kick-start your career as a Junior Copy and Content Writer. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced team to produce engaging content that promotes our events, captivates audiences, and elevates our brand presence across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation:

- Collaborate with senior copywriters and content creators to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and craft persuasive narratives that resonate with target audiences.

2. Research and Planning:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content development and strategy.
- Assist in the creation of content calendars and editorial schedules to ensure timely delivery of content aligned with marketing objectives and event timelines.

3. Proofreading and Editing:

- Support senior team members in reviewing and editing content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style consistency before publication.
- Learn to identify and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax to maintain high-quality standards in all written materials.

4. Learning and Development:

- Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and new technologies in copywriting and content marketing through continuous learning and professional development.
- Actively seek feedback from senior mentors and incorporate constructive criticism to improve writing skills and refine content creation techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
- Strong passion for writing and storytelling, with a desire to pursue a career in copywriting or content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take direction from senior mentors, and adapt to feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Enthusiasm for the events industry and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹13,953.86 - ₹25,000.00 per month
