IT Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT security protocols.
- Assist in the evaluation and procurement of IT equipment and software.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT assets.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in technology.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
