**Responsibilities**:

- Edit & enhance videos using **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve**.
- Add **transitions, effects, and animations** (After Effects, CapCut, Filmora).
- Perform **color grading & correction** (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro).
- Edit & optimize **audio** (Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro).
- Format videos for **YouTube, Instagram, Facebook**, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging **short-form content** for social media (Reels, Shorts, Stories).
- Work on **corporate videos, advertisements, and brand promotional content**.
- Implement **motion graphics, typography, and kinetic text** where needed.
- Ensure videos **align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives**.
- Manage **video assets, organize raw footage, and maintain backups**.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to **bring creative ideas to life**.
- Stay updated with the **latest video editing trends and industry tools**.
- Optimize videos for **SEO and platform-specific algorithms** to maximize engagement.
- Work on **multi-camera editing and synchronization** for interviews and webinars.
- Assist in **storyboarding and pre-production planning** when needed.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficient in **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve**.
- Strong knowledge of **video formats, codecs, and compression techniques**.
- Ability to **edit high-quality, fast-paced, and visually appealing content**.
- Experience in **storytelling, pacing, and structuring videos for impact**.
- Basic knowledge of **graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus**.
- Understanding of **audio mixing, sound design, and noise reduction techniques**.
- Ability to **handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines**.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to bring fresh ideas.

**Preferred**:

- Degree in **Film, Media, Animation, or related fields**.
- Experience in **digital marketing campaigns, YouTube, and social media content**.
- Basic knowledge of **3D animation or motion tracking is a plus**.
- Understanding of **AI tools and automation in video editing** is a bonus.
