You, Will, Be Handling Incoming Phone Calls And Other Communications, Greeting Clients And Visitors, As Well As Managing Files, Updating Paperwork And Other Documents, And Performing Other General Office Clerk Duties And Errands.
- Manage Office Tasks Such As Filing, Generating Reports And Presentations, Setting Up Meetings, And Reordering Supplies.
- Screen Phone Calls And Route Callers.
- Use The Computer To Generate Reports, Create Presentations, And Conduct Research.
- Greet And Assist Visitors.
