Data Scientist

**Exp: 5+ Years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your 5-7 years of extensive implementation experience in the data analytics space to drive the development and deployment of advanced analytics solutions.
- Lead the creation of Proof of Concepts (POVs), drive proposals, and actively contribute to solving complex analytics challenges by leveraging your expertise in AI/ML techniques such as regression, classification, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of database, streaming, and analytics services offered by leading cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and showcase hands-on experience in building machine learning pipelines on at least one of these platforms.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable data solutions that align with business goals.
- Exhibit expertise in multiple AI platforms, including Kore.ai, expert.ai, and Dataiku, effectively integrating these tools into the analytics workflow.
- Showcase proficiency in MLOps platforms, such as MLFlow, and lead solutioning efforts throughout the model development lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering skill development, problem-solving, and technical implementation excellence.
- Employ your leadership skills to engage in AI/ML discussions with CXOs, senior leadership, and customers, delivering impactful presentations that convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and business analytics, championing innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the data science team.
- Employ your strong programming skills in Python and R, leveraging data manipulation, analysis, and visualization libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, seaborn) to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
- Display an in-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation techniques, and feature engineering. Familiarity with frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras is highly desirable.
- Utilize your domain-specific knowledge, acquired from working across various domains like banking and healthcare, to tailor data science solutions to specific industry challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a demonstrated ability to design, implement, and deploy advanced analytics solutions.
- Strong experience in AI/ML techniques, including regression, classification, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in popular cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, with hands-on experience building machine learning pipelines.
- Thorough knowledge of database systems, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent programming skills in Python and/or R, along with familiarity with data manipulation and visualization libraries.
- Experience with AI platforms such as Kore.ai, expert.ai, and Dataiku.
- Familiarity with MLOps platforms like MLFlow.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
- Proven ability to lead discussions with senior leadership and present technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
- Leadership skills with a willingness to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and business analytics.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.
