- Preparing structural 3D BIM (Revit) models and extracting 2D drawings or as required
- Preparing General Arrangement and detailed drawings for concrete / steel structures of plant buildings, pipe racks, platforms, tank farms, liquid retaining structures, RCC non plat buildings such as Sub-Station, Utility Building, equipment foundation, in Chemical and specialty chemical plants, FMCG Industries, Advacned facilities (Heavy engineering industries like tyers, paints, automobiles, batteries etc).
- Model building and drawings of building services elements.
- Drawing, developing plans, developing details, following checking and self-checking process, issuing drawings to internal and external clients, and managing electronic information.
- Carry out drawings Responsible for good quality issue of GFC drawings and specifications.
- Coordination between other Architecture, MEP disciplines, such as Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, BMS,
- Work within time limits assigned to complete deliverables on time.
- Diploma or graduation in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Detail design experience for industrial structures.
- Expertise in BIM software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
- Assist with modelling and extraction of BOQs.
- Demonstrates proactive behaviour, effective communication skills, and a professional demeanour at work.
- Demonstrates teamwork and multi-disciplinary coordination abilities.
