**Key Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Implement Curriculum**:

- Design comprehensive culinary arts courses for various skill levels suitable for online delivery.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans that cover a wide range of cooking techniques and cuisines.

**Teaching**:

- Conduct engaging and informative virtual culinary classes for groups of all ages using video conferencing tools.
- Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations through interactive online sessions.
- Foster a positive and interactive virtual classroom atmosphere.

**Student Assessment**:

- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback through digital platforms.
- Assist students in developing their culinary skills and creativity.

**Class Preparation**:

- Ensure all necessary materials and ingredients lists are prepared and shared with students before each class.
- Maintain a clean and organized virtual teaching environment.

**Recipe Development**:

- Create and test new recipes to keep the curriculum fresh and exciting.
- Adapt recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.

**Event Participation**:

- Lead online cooking workshops and participate in virtual events.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff for special online events and promotions.

**Safety and Hygiene**:

- Teach and enforce food safety and sanitation standards applicable to home kitchens.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are communicated and followed in the virtual classroom.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Teaching certification is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional cooking experience.
- Previous online teaching experience in culinary arts is highly preferred.

**Skills**:

- Excellent cooking and baking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual environment.
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
