DGM - Cloud COE

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- As part of Cloud COE, lead the Cloud As A Service - common

onboarding platform design development and facilitate communities of

practice for the company
- Engage with business users for developing cloud solutions
- Teach and enable others to effectively leverage cloud
- Communicate & collaborate with business teams for creating cloud

expertise.
- Provide technical leadership, best practices, research and support

for CoE
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Help set and manage strategy for cloud architecture, security,

development, site reliability, and operations
- Champion the Infrastructure as Code transition
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Enterprise Architecture,

Information Security, Finance, and engineering teams, among others,

to develop and deploy the global cloud strategy
- Enable product teams to reliably develop for the cloud at a fast

pace
- Promote reusable patterns/frameworks/ processes through cloud as a

service platform
- Build a cloud team of experts to evangelize for a highly available,

reliable, and secure cloud platform
- Operationalize and automate consistent cloud migration procedures
- Support cloud security and compliance governance
- Manage knowledgebase for cloud best practices, standards, training

material, etc.
- Maintain tool kit / library of standard tools
- Identify opportunities for cloud efficiency enhancements across the

organization

Experience

experience with cloud-based platforms. The CCoE leader needs to possess

a high level of business and tech acumen to provide strategic and

tactical guidance.
- Strong exposure to public cloud technologies (such as Azure/GCP/AWS)
- Hands-on experience in containerization (Kubernetes)
- Proven experience on migrating workloads from on-prem to Public

Cloud
- Experience working in an agile environment and a strong knowledge on

DevOps methodology
- Strong understanding of multiple OS (Windows/ Linux/ Unix) and

open-source technologies
- Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history driving

process, operational efficiencies, and best practices across cross

functional teams
- Exceptional project management and organization skills with ability

to manage across several initiatives
- Knowledgeable in how to implement PCI, Data Sovereignty, Privacy,

Security, and other compliance considerations in a cloud environment
- Experience integrating with 3rd party service platforms
- Experience building and growing a team

Industry Preferred

**Qualifications**:

- BE in Computer Science/IT
- Master’s in computer science related field preferred
