Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the store area.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct frequent stock audits.
- Ensure all food and beverage supplies are stored properly and organized.
- Supervise and train staff on store procedures and inventory management.
- Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and manage deliveries.
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of store sections for service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to food storage.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and vendor management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
