**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

2. Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the finance sector, particularly in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective delivery of banking products and services.

6. Represent Marchand Banking at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and generate leads.

7. Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.

8. Monitor and evaluate competitor activity, market conditions, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management

**Benefits**:
