**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive and direct recruitment efforts or processes for all US job vacancies such as mechanics, sales reps., finance managers, etc.
- Collaborate with Department Managers on a regular basis to identify hiring needs.
- Create and update job descriptions for new positions, as well as current positions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to evaluate the effectiveness of new hires.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years working as a **US Recruiter / Staffing Specialist.**:

- Good understanding of US employment laws and regulations
- The high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to prioritize, set goals, and accomplish tasks with limited supervision.
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Zoom, Teams, Google Drive)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹21,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
