**Interior Designer**

Title: Interior Designer - Hospitality and Commercial projects

Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Experience: 3 - 5 years

OVERVIEW

Key responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Support design development and production of presentation materials, renderings, and mood boards.
- Produce accurate construction documentation, schedules, and specifications in line with project standards.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the spatial, aesthetic, and functional aspects of hospitality and commercial spaces.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, and other consultants.
- Assist in coordination with clients, contractors, and vendors during various project stages.
- Support the team in site analysis, surveys, and preparation of as-built drawings.
- Participate in regular design and coordination meetings.
- Ensure design and documentation comply with local codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of approval submissions and permit drawings.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Designing or Architecture (Master’s preferred)
- Experience with design development and documentation phases.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent design sense, attention to detail, and spatial awareness.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines under supervision
