Noida, India JOBS PARK PLACEMENT Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on current fashion trends and market demands related to bags and accessories.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to conceptualize and develop new bag collections.
- Manage end-to-end merchandising processes, from product ideation to delivery.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and cost-effective production.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to meet demand.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on product assortment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and quality control.
- Provide support to retail teams in promoting and selling the bag collections.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bags Merchandiser or similar role in the fashion industry.
- In-depth knowledge of bag trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and accessories.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
