Accounts Executive (Male) in Manufacturing Firm (HO)

Post**:ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE**

**LOCATION - MALAD, MUMBAI**

**Qualifications**:

- Intermediate Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.

The Account Executive will be responsible for financial and accounting activities **at both locations - 03 days at head office and 03 days at factory located at Boisar**. This role requires strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate financial processes between the two sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for both the head office and factory.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts for both locations. Monitor and report on budget variances.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Act as a liaison between the head office and factory, ensuring the smooth flow of financial information and transactions between the two locations.
- Oversee inventory tracking and valuation, working closely with the factory team to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Analyze and report on cost drivers and cost-saving opportunities to optimize operations at both locations.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for both locations.
- Coordinate and participate in financial audits, working with external auditors to provide necessary documentation.
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Undertake special financial projects and analysis as assigned by management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- M. Com. / or Inter
- CA having minimum 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

**CTC - 04 to 05 Lacs PA**
