Create and maintain job cards for all purchase orders, ensuring accurate and detailed information is recorded.
- Analyze product and service costs to ensure accuracy and profitability
- Maintain a database of completed job cards for future reference and analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of job card details, including changes made during production or client revisions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on job status, resolve queries, and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate invoicing based on the completed job cards.
- Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Job Card Executive or similar role in a related industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Qualification : BBA,B.COM,MBA Required

Eligibility Female Preferred

Interview Timings: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sonipat, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
