**Job description -**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the companys business objectives and growth plans. Lead and drive the development and execution of the company's brand strategy to ensure it reflects the companys vision, mission, and goals. Work
- ly with management to create marketing campaigns & product distribution in the market.
- Oversee the development and execution of brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Position the company as a trusted brand in banking and financial services through strategic campaigns and PR initiatives.
- Conduct market research on timely basis.
- Utilize analytics and metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts and continuously improve strategies.
- Collaborate with senior executives and department heads to align marketing objectives with organizational goals. Work
- ly with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Write and distribute press releases, ensuring they are timely, newsworthy, and align with the companys messaging and goals
- Track and report on media coverage of the company, including news articles, interviews, and social media mentions.
- Degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field**.
- Certifications in **Digital Marketing, Branding, or Advertising**:

- Experience in **brand strategy, content creation, and campaign management**.
- **Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable** with strong **communication, project management, and collaboration skills**.

**Qualification -**MBA/PGDM in Advertising/Mass Communication, Marketing
