This role is accountable for our hybrid Identity platform, ensuring it is secure but flexible to ensure our colleagues have the appropriate access to deliver value for Arm

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of technical changes and daily tasks to support the ongoing provision of the Arm Identity platforms
- Running of custom scripts for changes and reporting in support of the identity platforms
- Support of identity and access issues across Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra ID, Active Directory and LDAP directories
- Complete daily health checks and associated remediation to support the running of the Identity Service
- Ability to interpret access logs and technical configurations in support of root cause analysis of access issues
- Provide operational support to Arm's O365 environment.
- Proactive ServiceNow ticket management as per the Arm Ticket Management Standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Experience of operating Microsoft Identity Manager and similar tools.
- Experience of working with Entra ID.
- Understanding of modern authentication methods.
- Understanding of group management (Security, mail Enabled and Dynamic/Criteria based).
- Scripting (PowerShell and bash/Shell) knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to identify and resolve Basic Authentication issues

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

- Good Office365/M365 and exchange.
- Understanding of Oracle directories services
