**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field mobilization for 3-day and 1-day training programs.
- Identify and mobilize drivers from transport hubs, petrol pumps, truck parking zones, RTO offices, and logistics centers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with transport companies, driver unions, petrol pump owners, and hazardous goods carriers.
- Organize and conduct awareness activities, including:

- Campaigns at petrol pumps, dhabas, and truck lay-bys.
- Informal roadshows and driver meetings.
- Coordinate with RTOs, driver associations, and logistics firms for event support and permissions.
- Distribute flyers, posters, and registration forms in the target locations.
- Track leads, follow up, and maintain mobilization reports daily.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing/mobilization, preferably in transport, logistics, or training sectors.
- Good knowledge of the local transport ecosystem.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-ground.

**Preferred Background**:

- Prior experience working with hazardous goods transport, driver safety programs, or logistics-based training.
- Established contacts with local transporters, fuel stations, driver unions, and logistics aggregators.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
