**PRT (Primary Teacher - All Subjects) Job Description**

**Position**: Primary Teacher (PRT) - All Subjects
**Location**: KMMS
**Department**: Academics
**Reporting To**: Principal / Academic Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Lesson Planning**:

- Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to enhance learning.
- Incorporate digital tools and innovative techniques for effective teaching.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills in students.

**Student Engagement & Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation through discussions, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
- Provide individual attention to students to address their learning needs.
- Foster moral values, teamwork, and leadership skills.

**Assessment & Progress Tracking**:

- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students for improvement.
- Maintain student records, report cards, and performance reports.

**Co-Curricular & Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in school events, assemblies, and cultural activities.
- Conduct art, craft, storytelling, and other creative sessions.
- Support students in sports and extracurricular development.

**Collaboration & Professional Development**:

- Work closely with fellow teachers, coordinators, and parents for student development.
- Attend training programs and workshops to enhance teaching skills.
- Participate in curriculum planning and school improvement initiatives.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed./D.El.Ed.
- **Experience**: Minimum [Specify Years] years of teaching experience in a primary school.
- **Skills**:

- Effective classroom management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and techniques.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
