**Duties and Responsibilities**
Ø Sales of Home Loans product
Ø Sourcing business through open market through different channels / activities
Ø Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of home loan programs
Ø Responsible to understand the customer requirement with regard to Home Loan and explain the fullest information about the product & process
Ø Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat business or referrals
Ø Meet clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan
Ø Ensure the achievement of given business target.
Ø Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for sales
Ø Responsible in conversion of leads

Two wheeler with License must
