### Job Summary

### Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, fit, repair, and replace tyres for cars, two-wheelers, and light commercial vehicles (adjust based on your business focus).
- Perform wheel balancing and alignment as needed.
- Check tyre pressure, tread depth, and overall condition to ensure safety and compliance.
- Use tools and equipment such as tyre changers, balancers, and air compressors efficiently.
- Assist customers with tyre-related queries and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with safety standards.
- Report stock levels of tyres and tools to the supervisor.

### Requirements
- Proven experience as a tyre fitter or in a similar automotive role (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level hires).
- Basic knowledge of tyre types, sizes, and repair techniques.
- Ability to use tyre-fitting tools and machinery (e.g., manual or pneumatic tyre changers).
- Physical fitness to lift heavy tyres and stand for extended periods.
- ITI certification in Fitter/Mechanic trade or equivalent (optional but a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

### Salary
- ₹12,000-₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills; adjust as per your budget).

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
