Full job description

We are urgent hiring of a Quality Assurance & Quality Control for a Food industry located in Ropar ( Punjab)
- To be responsible for all QA activities of Wheat/ Flour products in mill at Ropar
- Implement and monitor quality control processes for Flour and Atta.
- Ensure regular calibration of all quality measuring equipment by providing resources and guidance in terms of knowledge and standards to the personnel do it.
- Handle Wheat products operations acceptance, rejection, supplier validation new vendor approvals, additional responsibility of delivering the best quality product.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- To provide technical support at all levels (Supplier, plant, logistic and sales) for continual improvement related to quality and food safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s / Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or related field.

**Skills**:

- Food safety and quality management.
- Quality control processes.
- Auditing and inspection skills.
- Regulatory compliance knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
total work: Freshers / 1-2 years Experienced (required)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
