As an Interior Designer at Squinch Architects, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects that reflect our commitment to quality, creativity, and client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with our architectural and design teams to bring your visions to life. This is a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from residential to commercial spaces, and to contribute to the growth and reputation of our firm.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conceptual Design**: Develop innovative interior design concepts that align with client needs, project goals, and aesthetic preferences.

**Space Planning**: Create functional and efficient space layouts that maximize the usability and flow of interior spaces.

**Material Selection**: Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that meet project requirements and budget constraints.

**3D Modeling and Visualization**: Utilize design software to create 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize the final design.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless integration of interior design into overall project plans.

**Budget Management**: Monitor project budgets and provide cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality.

**Documentation**: Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and procurement purposes.

**Client Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the design process, addressing their feedback and concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in interior design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of current design trends, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team..
