As a Sales Advisor at Monitrix, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with our product/service offerings. Your ability to effectively communicate, persuade, and guide customers throughout the sales process will directly contribute to the achievement of sales targets and the overall success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential and existing clients in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Conduct thorough product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and cold-calling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding product features, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Manage and update customer information, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a customer-centric approach and adhering to company policies.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Financial product and Insurance sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Resilience and adaptability to handle rejection and overcome sales challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
