Indibni Business Group is currently seeking an **Sourcing Manager** to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our business expansion efforts in our target market, with a focus on vendor management and sourcing of goods and materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet our organization's needs.
- Identify and establish relationships with profitable suppliers, fostering business and organizational partnerships.
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Approve the procurement of necessary goods and services.
- Finalize purchase details for orders and oversee their timely delivery.
- Review and assess existing contracts.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics to enhance cost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure clarity regarding company specifications and expectations.
- Anticipate changes in the bargaining power of suppliers and clients, preparing for unfavorable events through data analysis and control strategies.
- Implement risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
- Exercise control over spending and promote a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience in roles such as Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer, or Head of Procurement.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, along with the ability to assess market conditions.
- Proficiency in negotiation and networking.
- Familiarity with supplier or third-party management software.
- Strong decision-making skills and a comfort with working with numerical data.
- Experience in data collection and analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

**Eligibility**:

- A relevant degree or diploma in the field is considered a plus in this domain.

**Remuneration**:

- CTC Range: 2.5 LPA - 3.6 LPA

**Experience**:
