**Job Role
- International Voice Process**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- In Billing (Understanding of recurring bills, Billing cycle Change, Due date,Prorated charges, Auto-Pay & Surcharges, Service charges and taxes)
- Clarity in thought process (Able to articulate his/her thought)
- Ability to handle tough situation with customer. Excellent communication skills. Customer handling skills. Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently. Willing to work in a 24*7 environment (Rotational shifts/5 Days a week). Customer Centric & Logical Thinking & Need to be Enough SpontaneousEnsure Timely & Professional Responses to all Queries. Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A. Interest in learning new technologies. Experience promoting and/or selling products and services. Demonstrated communication skills - Resolving device issues using troubleshooting techniques and providing clearand concise information. Reviewing account information and answering questions abouthilline or services

**Salary: 30-35 k in handJob**

**Eligibility**
▪ 1year exp.is must
▪ Any Graduate is eligible
▪ Minimum 1 year of International voice experience (Customer service (Billing),basic technical & Sales) - Preferred

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
