**Job Overview**:
As an Interior Designer/Architect, you will be responsible for creating and implementing unique interior designs that align with our clients’ vision. The role also requires overseeing site execution to ensure the project’s smooth completion. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and the project team, managing timelines, budgets, and design specifications from concept through to final delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Planning**: Develop design concepts, layouts, and presentations for client approval, incorporating spatial planning, material selection, and color schemes.
- **Client Management**: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget, translating these into functional and aesthetic designs.
- **Site Execution**: Oversee on-site execution to ensure that designs are accurately implemented, coordinating with contractors and vendors to maintain quality and timelines.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with team members and external contractors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project milestones.
- **Budget & Timeline Management**: Track project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
- **Vendor Liaison**: Source materials, finishes, and furnishings from suppliers, negotiating terms to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure all site activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and UPSPACE standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years in interior design or architecture, with hands-on experience in site execution.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
