**Job description**
- Good knowledge in handling guest requests.
- Good knowledge of Housekeeping operations.
- Responsible for all calls coming to the Desk and to convey the right message to the right person.
- Follow up with concerned departments in case of guest requests/ complaints.
- Updating the Housekeeping data board with information like VIP in house, Todays occupancy Percentage, arrivals departures, to do list, rooms for super cleaning etc.
- Should have a good telephone etiquette.

**Job Requirement**
- Must have a prior experience of 2-5 years as security guard.
- Must be a Hospitality Management Graduate
- Must have good communication skills.
- Should be mentally and physically fit with a valid Medical Certificate.
- Should be able to speak
- Hindi Telugu, Write - Basic English.
- Should comply with all rules and regulations as specified in the Private Security Agencies (Regulations) Act 2005.
- Qualification Min 12th pass.

**Salary**: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Work Location: One location
