Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and motivated Health Insurance Advisors (Telecallers) to join our sales team.

Your primary role will be to call potential customers, explain health insurance plans, and guide them in choosing the best policy as per their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers for health insurance products.

Explain policy features, premium, and benefits clearly to customers.

Handle customer queries and objections confidently.

Maintain call records and follow up with interested leads.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Coordinate with the team leader and report daily performance.

**Required Skills**:
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English).

Basic understanding of insurance or willingness to learn.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Positive attitude and team spirit.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
