**About the Role**:

**Apprenticeship Duration**: 12 months
Our Apprenticeship Program
S&P Global is looking to hire young fresh B.E/B.Tech graduates, specifically 2024 and 2025 pass-outs, for a 12-month apprenticeship program.
Key Responsibilities
**Requirements Gathering**: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
**Process Analysis**: Analyze current business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Agile Methodology**: Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our agile delivery process.
**Documentation**: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and test cases.
**Testing and Validation**: Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
**Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
**Training and Support**: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use new systems and processes effectively.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
**Experience**: Previous experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role is preferred but not required.
**Technical Skills**: Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management.
**Analytical Mindset**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
**Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
**Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
