Hello Kids Winners is looking for a warm, responsible, and enthusiastic **Playgroup & Daycare Teacher** to care for and educate young children aged 1.5 to 5 years. This role combines morning playgroup teaching with afternoon daycare supervision, offering a balanced routine of learning and nurturing care throughout the day.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Morning (Playgroup)**:

- Conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning sessions that promote early childhood development
- Plan and implement creative activities that encourage exploration, play, and social interaction
- Support children in developing basic concepts, fine/gross motor skills, and language development
- Maintain a joyful, clean, and safe classroom environment

**Afternoon & Evening (Daycare)**:

- Oversee children's nap/rest time and ensure a calm and relaxing atmosphere
- Provide individualized attention and comfort to children as needed
- Engage children in quiet, fun activities such as puzzles, free play, and indoor games
- Assist with meals, hygiene, diapering/toileting, and routine care tasks

**Evening Daycare Activities**:

- Conduct calming activities such as storytime, soft music, or guided drawing
- Offer structured indoor games and creative play to keep children happily occupied
- Encourage social interaction through group games and sharing activities
- Help children unwind and prepare to go home with relaxed routines
- Maintain parent communication, update on daily activities, and ensure smooth handover

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with young children in a structured setting
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with little ones
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education will be an extra advantage
- Responsible, dependable, and committed to creating a nurturing space

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
