Social Media Executive

As a Social Media Handler for a Unisex Salon, your role is to effectively manage and enhance the salon's online presence across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, interacting with the salon's target audience, promoting services, and driving customer engagement and retention through social media marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the salon's marketing goals and target audience. Identify key platforms to focus on and create a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and text, to showcase the salon's services, promotions, and customer testimonials. Coordinate with the salon's team to capture high-quality visuals of hairstyles, beauty treatments, and satisfied customers.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media channels in a timely and professional manner. Interact with customers, address inquiries, and build positive relationships with the online community. Encourage user-generated content and customer reviews to enhance brand reputation.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote seasonal offers, discounts, new services, and special events. Collaborate with the salon's team to create enticing promotions and track their effectiveness through analytics.
- Brand Awareness: Increase the salon's online visibility and brand awareness by leveraging social media platforms. Implement strategies to attract new customers, showcase the salon's expertise, and differentiate it from competitors. Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and local businesses to extend the salon's reach.
- Social Media Advertising: Utilize social media advertising tools to target specific demographics, boost brand visibility, and drive traffic to the salon's website or booking platforms. Analyze the performance of ad campaigns and optimize them for better results.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and track the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics tools. Generate regular reports to measure key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate the success of social media efforts, and provide insights for future improvements.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new techniques, and innovations in the beauty and salon industry. Identify opportunities to incorporate new social media features and strategies to enhance the salon's online presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience of 1-2 years as a Social Media Handler or similar role, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to write engaging and compelling content.
- Proficiency in visual content creation, including photo editing and basic video editing.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of beauty and salon industry trends and customer preferences.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Familiarity with online customer service and community management.
- Knowledge of local community events and networking opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
