**Job Title**:Accounts Executive / Finance Associate**

**Location : Coimbatore**

**Qualification : Bcom**

**Experience : 0-1 Yrs**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Accounting**: Assist in maintaining general ledger entries, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly transactions and prepare bank reconciliation statements.
- **Invoice Processing**: Verify and process vendor invoices and assist in handling queries related to payments.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain and update financial records in the accounting system.
- **Assisting in Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- **Tax Filing Support**: Assist in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per company requirements.
- **Audit Assistance**: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- **Financial Analysis**: Assist in preparing periodic financial reports and analysis for management review.

**Key Skills Required**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) from a recognized university.
- **Knowledge of Accounting Software**: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) is a plus.
- **Proficient in MS Excel**: Basic knowledge of Excel functions (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to work accurately and with mínimal errors.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret financial data.
- **Good Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,715.90 per month
