
Operation Executive

Organize and plan events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records through bookkeeping and data entry tasks using QuickBooks and other software tools.
- Handle correspondence and communications with professionalism, utilizing phone etiquette and strong customer service skills.
- Assist in project coordination by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Manage office operations including filing, clerical tasks, and front desk responsibilities.
- Maintain & Update all Working Sheets day to day.
- Perform proofreading and transcription duties to ensure accuracy in all communications.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
**Requirements**:
- Experience Required 2-3 Years of experience in Operation like purchase department
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
