Pantry Supervisor

Pantry Supervisors **supervise pantry helpers and arrange their duty rosters according to workload of the kitchen**. They also supervise serving schedule of the ordered dishes and ensure proper handling and storage of all food accompaniments and condiments.**Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes**. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
