We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Packing Operations**:

- Oversee and manage the packing team and process to ensure all goods are packed securely and efficiently.
- Verify that products are correctly labeled with necessary information, including size, color, and buyer details.
- Ensure all packing lists and shipping documents are complete and accurate.

**Quality Assurance (QAIM)**:

- Perform thorough quality checks on products before and during the packing process.
- Inspect items for defects, damages, and compliance with buyer specifications.
- Document and report any quality issues, working closely with the production team to resolve them promptly.

**Vendor and Team Coordination**:

- Communicate with vendors and internal teams (design, production) to track order completion and resolve any issues related to packing and inventory.
- Ensure a smooth flow of communication to guarantee that all orders are ready for on-time shipment.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records of all finished goods in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile stock with system data.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or potential shortages to the Merchandiser.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or export environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree/specialization preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and quality control processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
