**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and strategies under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, analyzing key metrics and providing insights.
- Support event planning and coordination, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.
- Assist in managing marketing databases and customer contact lists.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and techniques.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in marketing, even as an internship, is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

- noida, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
