**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to students' diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Foster an interactive and student-centered learning atmosphere.
- Assess, evaluate, and provide feedback on students' progress through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Encourage analytical and critical thinking skills among students.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance classroom learning.
- Guide students in improving their language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Organize literary events, debates, and competitions to cultivate a love for English literature.
- Maintain discipline and create a conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in school activities and professional development programs.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Master’s degree (M.A.) in English from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Minimum of **3-5 years** of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to motivate students.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience teaching in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Familiarity with modern teaching pedagogies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
