As a Site Supervisor at Fanusta Global, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of interior and architectural projects. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. This position requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of interior and architectural construction processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Coordination**: Oversee all on-site activities, including but not limited to material deliveries, labor management, and subcontractor coordination. Ensure that work is performed as per project specifications, schedules, and budget.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track project progress, identify and resolve any issues that may affect the timeline, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site. Identify potential hazards and take necessary actions to maintain a safe work environment.
- **Communication**: Act as a point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns or changes promptly.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively identify challenges and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure project continuity and success.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including site reports, progress updates, and any modifications or variations from the original plan.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior and architectural projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices in the interior and architectural field.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A strong commitment to safety standards and regulations.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or site supervision would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the interior and architectural industry.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹20,601.34 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
