Yonah Properties is seeking a
real estate and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing
strategies. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing
our brand presence, driving lead generation, and supporting our sales team
through innovative marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases for our target audience.
- Optimize website content, including property listings, blog posts, and landing pages, for maximum visibility and user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate SEO strategies into our overall digital marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reporting on SEO performance, including key metrics and insights, to management and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an SEO.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative SEO strategies tailored to our business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
