**Creative Designer-Corporate Events**

**Experience: 2 years+**

**Personality Trait**

A combination of artistic talent, design expertise, and a realistic sense of creative execution and output
- Collaborate with the client service team to understand event objectives, target audience, and client expectations.
- Develop a mood board for creative concepts and ideas, unique event themes, and design elements that enhance the overall atmosphere and ambiance of the event and align with the client's brand identity and event goals.
- Incorporate innovative ideas and trends while considering the client's preferences and budget constraints.
- Create visually appealing designs as per the theme and event space, including event logos, branding materials, invitations, signage, stage backdrops, presentations, and other collateral. Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client servicing leads, production crews, and vendors, to ensure smooth execution of the creative design aspects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, event technologies, and industry best practices.
- Conduct research on emerging event concepts, innovative designs, and interactive experiences to enhance the creative offerings.
- Client Interaction: Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and suggestions. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations and provide design solutions that meet their objectives.
- Post-Event Evaluation

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
