Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier. The primary responsibility of this role is to process transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for many customers, the Cashier plays a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
- Scan items and process transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
- Ensure pricing is accurate and promotions are applied correctly.
- Bag items carefully and efficiently, maintaining the integrity of delicate or perishable products.
- Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and security.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service throughout the store.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with cash handling.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
