**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Site Supervision & Execution**:

- Oversee and monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper execution of structural, finishing, and civil works as per design and quality standards.

**2. Quality Control & Safety Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce safety guidelines to prevent site accidents.
- Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Address any site-related issues and resolve conflicts to maintain project progress.

**3. Labor & Resource Management**:

- Assign tasks to site workers and ensure efficient use of manpower.
- Monitor and manage the availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain daily progress reports and submit them to the project manager.
- Document any variations, delays, or issues at the site.
- Ensure that all necessary permits, approvals, and regulatory requirements are met.

**5. Coordination & Communication**:

- Serve as the point of contact between the project management team and on-site workers.
- Attend site meetings to provide updates on work progress and challenges.
- Communicate technical requirements and safety procedures to the workforce.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in site management tools and reporting software is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
