**Job Title**:Graphic Designer**

**Job Overview**: We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our design team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand’s message across various platforms. This position requires a keen eye for detail, an understanding of design principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation & Execution**:

- Translate complex ideas and brand concepts into visually engaging graphics that align with the company’s brand identity.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual language across all channels.
- **Collaborative Design Process**:

- Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance project concepts.
- Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and revise designs accordingly to ensure satisfaction.
- **Brand & Visual Identity Maintenance**:

- Assist in developing new visual concepts or rebranding efforts as needed.
- Ensure all designs are in line with the target audience’s needs and the company’s vision.
- **Project Management & Time Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working within established timelines.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure the timely completion of design deliverables.
- **Design Quality Control**:

- Review final designs for errors and ensure high-quality production standards.
- Prepare files for print, web, or digital use, ensuring that all deliverables are optimized and correctly formatted.
- **Keep up with Design Trends**:

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure creative approaches remain fresh and relevant.
- Bring new ideas and innovative design approaches to the table.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across different platforms (print, digital, social media).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design work.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and make design revisions accordingly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics, video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
- Familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and other web-related technologies is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
