**Job Description**:
**Scrum Master**

**What you’ll do on the job**:

- Facilitate scrum ceremonies for the team (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Retrospective, Grooming & Review/Demo).
- Track and produce key metrics (e.g., burndown, burnup, cumulative flow, velocity, etc.)
- Working with individual pods to help them prioritize and help them stay on top of their sprint
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Identifying risks and issues and managing them
- Scheduling and planning deployments
- Coordinating between dev team and QA team

**Qualifications**:
**Who’ll be a good fit**
- 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings, identifying risks/dependencies and coordinating resources, and handling multiple priorities required.
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence or similar tools
- Helps teams pro-actively identify impediments and recommends solutions to remove impediments
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement within the team
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
