**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and generate home loan leads through field visits, channel partners, and referrals.
- Submit complete and accurate loan files to the credit team for processing.
- Follow up with customers, credit team, and legal/technical departments to ensure timely approval and disbursement of loans.
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other third-party sources to drive lead generation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide customers with timely updates and resolve queries related to loan files and disbursement.
- Track and maintain MIS reports of daily leads, visits, file submissions, and loan approvals.
- Assist in post-disbursement document collection and file closure formalities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 0 -1 years of experience in the home loan segment or similar financial sales roles.
- Knowledge of home loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong customer service focus.
